This place is exactly what you would like to find in Genova and in general when you visit a city.
Service is extremely kind, professional, and attentive.
Breakfast is rich, you get a great amount of options, and having your morning coffee and croissant out on the patio is just the best way to start the day feeling the city alive around you.
Rooms are good and the location, is not too central. That's good, boccadasse is just down the road, you get to go for a swim and back in no time.
Then the bus stop on the main line is just there out the door.
I will not look for any other place when I will be back in Genova
The staff here are superb. You are made to feel welcome and they are happy to provide information on the area so you can get the most from your visit. The location is also very good with only a short walk to the main promenade running along the sea front. Unlike many other hotels in the area this hotel has a small amount of parking on its front which is very handy.
ery nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was ok but little disorganized due to Covid. I would be nice to fill your wish list by yourself instead of saying it to the receptionist. There is parking at the site for a fee.

The owner works at the front desk part of the time. Breakfast was outstanding, order off the menu the nights before and the choices were limitless. The front desk will make you a cafe any time of day or night. Super clean room, great rate, excellent customer service.
What a location, what a beautiful hotel! Everything was exceptional: the service, the breakfast (focaccia with cheese, ham, the best espresso’s, yoghurt, fruits, croissants, ..), the rooms, the location, the friendliness of the staff .. due to miscommunication we had to leave the hotel earlier which was a bit unpleasant, but every staff member did their best to help us to be able to stay as long as possible (we’ve booked a very lastminute trip). There’s parking in front of the door, €10/day & very convenient. To me, the hotel is situated in the best location of Genova. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is to put more tables outside on the terrace, so more people can enjoy breakfast outside.
